We at Rileys know how frustrating it can be when you purchase an item only to find the same item on sale at a later time.  This can be especially frustrating when the item you purchased was a special order or out of stock item that required being backordered, leading to a delayed delivery of the item.

This is why Rileys has a standard policy regarding this type of situation.  In the event that a previously purchased item goes on sale at a lower price, an adjustment/credit will be eligible if the purchase date was within 14 days of the sale price debut.  Backordered items that go on sale after the order is placed but have not yet been delivered are also eligible for a sale price adjustment.
